ASCLS-NY is approved as a provider of continuing education in the clinical laboratory sciences by the PACE program. At registration, all attendees will receive a PACE recording sheet. You will record the session code on this sheet. Your CE can be entered into the ASCLS CE Organizer and you can generate a certificate of attendance.
All non-members are encouraged to stop by the membership booth to learn more about the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science. As a special encouragement, all new professional level members joining at this meeting will have the difference between the member and non-member registration fee applied toward their ASCLS membership dues. A completed application for membership and payment must be made at this meeting to take advantage of this opportunity.
Ann Paula Zero Scholarship Raffle
Our organization runs an annual raffle during lunch at our Spring Seminar to raise funds for the Ann Paula Zero Scholarship. Angela Meisse and Carol Golyski will have raffle tickets for sale during lunch - place your raffle tickets as bids for the items in the auction, many of which are handmade, and winners are drawn at the end of lunch.
The Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in honor of the late Ann Paula Zero. Ann was an outstanding laboratory educator and a longtime member of ASCLS who served on several committees and held offices on the state board. The scholarship is designed to provide financial support for a graduate student who is enrolled in an advance course of study.
